Dairy products refer to products made from cow's milk or goat's milk and its processed products by adding or not adding appropriate vitamins, minerals and other supplements and using the conditions required by laws, regulations and standards. Membrane separation technology used in dairy processing can reduce energy consumption, reduce waste water pollution and comprehensive utilization of by-products, especially the recovery and utilization of whey, which can produce significant economic benefits.

In recent years, microfiltration membrane technology has been rapidly developed and applied to remove bacteria from degreasing treatment. Microfiltration membrane technology can replace pasteurization and chemical preservatives, effectively intercept bacteria, yeasts and fungi in dairy products, and make the effective ingredients in dairy products pass through, so it has the advantage of cold sterilization.
