Membrane Separation System for Removing Sulfate in Brine
A membrane separation system for removing sulfate in brine at high temperature comprises a light brine storage tank, a brine transfer pump, an activated carbon filter, and a modified nanofiltration membrane filtration device.

Its characteristics are:
The inlet line of the light brine storage tank is connected to the outlet of the pH adjusting device and the outlet of the sodium hydrogen sulfite device. The lower portion of the fresh brine storage tank is in communication with the inlet of the brine transfer pump. The outlet end of the brine transfer pump is connected to the inlet of the activated carbon filter. The outlet of the activated carbon filter is connected to the inlet of the security filter. The outlet of the security filter is connected to the inlet of the modified nanofiltration membrane filtration unit via a high pressure pump. The fresh liquid outlet of the modified nanofiltration membrane filtration device is sent to a salting system to remove salts. The concentrate outlet is sent all the way to the sedimentation system, and all the way to the inlet of the cleaning tank. The bottom outlet of the wash tank is in communication with the inlet of the wash pump. The outlet of the wash pump is in communication with the inlet of the microfilter. The outlet of the microfilter is in communication with the inlet of the modified nanofiltration membrane filtration unit.

The modified nanofiltration membrane device for removing sulfate in the pale brine is a light brine storage tank. A brine pump is connected to the lower part of the fresh brine storage tank. The outlet of the brine transfer pump is connected to the inlet end of the heat exchanger. The outlet end of the heat exchanger is connected to the inlet end of the activated carbon filter. The outlet end of the activated carbon filter is connected to the inlet end of the security filter. The outlet end of the security filter is connected to the inlet end of the modified nanofiltration membrane filtera tion device by a pump. The concentrated liquid outlet end of the modified nanofiltration membrane filtration device is connected to the concentrate tank. The outlet end of the concentrate tank is connected to a concentrate delivery pump. The outlet end of the concentrate delivery pump is connected to the heat exchanger. The outlet end of the heat exchanger is connected to the inlet end of the other heat exchanger. The outlet end of the heat exchanger is connected to the upper end of the vessel. The upper end of the sinker is also connected to the supernatant tank. The outlet of the clear liquid tank is connected to a clear liquid transfer pump. The outlet end of the cleaning transfer pump is connected to the heat exchanger. The bottom of the sink is connected to the centrifuge.
