Ceramic film can be used as a red wine filter. It can remove mycelium, macromolecular protein, yeast bacterial wall fragments, cell fibers, etc., reducing the processing cost and processing load of downstream processing such as resin exchange, activated carbon adsorption, etc., and improving product yield. The wastewater treatment load is also greatly reduced, and the protein recovered from the fermentation broth can also be used as animal feed.
